V2’S EX Batteries and EX Cartridges
The colorful, designs on V2’s Ex Batteries are no more.
There was a time V2 made it their business to continually improve their products, but after a large lawsuit against them, things have changed dramatically. V2 has discontinued many products and customer service (including shipping times) have declined.
V2 still sells the long ex batteries and, like all long e-cig batteries they do last longer than shorter ones.
Here are some of the details.
The EX Batteries have more staying power, meaning you don’t have to charge it as often. They now come in white, silver, rose gold and black.
Vapes with LED Lights
The LED lights appear in a little row onear the tip of the battery. Each tiny LED light dims as your power diminishes. This was innovative in 2014, but now battery indicator lights are standard on most vaporizers and vape pens.
V2’s Classic Cartridges and the EX Cartridges can both be used with the new EX Batteries. (The new sleeve will not fit over EX Blank Cartridges that require e-liquids.)
Like all V2 products the wall charger and the USB charger have distinctive V2Cigs logos that illuminate when your battery is fully charged.
The EX Cartridges promise 400 puffs, richer flavor and consistent vapor thickness for the life of the cartridge.
Since V2 no longer carries the unique battery designs for this model, there’s really no advantage to buying it . If you do choose it, expect shipping to take up to four weeks.
